A word of thanks to the unsung heroes

After what feels like an eternity, we have finally unwrapped MAGVA Design + Letterpress. Like every new venture there are many unsung heroes who lent support and assistance along the way.

Michael Joye, for receiving, consolidating and storing a number of parts needed for our letterpress, and for then having them shipped from the US to Ireland.

Jim Kelly of Kelwood furniture for carefully crafting a wooden foot treadle (one of the only parts we could not source an original of)

John & Robbie Robinson, our neighbours who carefully one Saturday afternoon moved the Letterpress into its studio space.

Emilia Krysztofiak of Rua Photography who deserves a very special thanks not only for some of the fabulous photos featured on the site, but also for re-igniting my creativity and inspiring me through her photography.

Finally both my parents and my inlaws who provided and continue to provide the much needed support.
